Insert Deadlines

The following schedule is for any insert that the Board of Directors wishes to be included in the monthly billing envelope sent to all owners each month:

2011 Scheduled Cut-offs

Deadline is the 12th of the month at 12 noon, or if the 12th falls on a weekend or holiday, then the last previous business day prior to the 12th.

Any inserts that miss the cut-off time can either be sent the following month, or if the Association desires, can be sent out as a special mailing (additional cost involved).
